[雲林縣]林內鄉「龍過脈森林步道」輕鬆悠走山脊，遍覽彰雲美景！

「龍過脈森林步道」全長約4.2公里，步道設施完整，而且都有定期修繕，安全又好走！步道有三處出入口，都在林內車站附近，不只是在地人每日運動的好地方，外地遊客開車或搭火車來玩也都非常方便！「龍過脈森林步道」除了是個踏青散心景點之外，每年3、4月紫斑蝶季時這裏還會擠滿無數攝影同好帶著相機「大砲」來拍攝美麗的紫斑蝶喔！

景點資訊

爬山小提醒～不論步道難易都請看一下～

  • 天候不佳、大雨過後及入夜前夕請避免上山。
  • 請穿著鞋底溝紋較深的登山鞋或運動鞋。
  • 山上蚊蟲多，建議穿著輕便通風長袖衣褲並攜帶防蚊液。
  • 攜帶足夠飲用水，適時補充水分。
  • 建議進行任何運動前都請先充分暖身。
  • 長距離陡坡下山請減速，下坡時腳部關節負擔比平時更大，走快容易扭傷。
  • 結伴同行，並告知親友自己今日有登山行程。

景點介紹

龍過脈森林步道設施修繕完整，步道算是非常輕鬆好走，高低落差僅約100公尺，最高海拔處也才200公尺左右，不過卻可以走在山稜線上享受超過超廣角美景！而且步道就在林內市區旁，交通飲食都超方便！

步道入口

大于在數年前在友人的介紹下來走過一次林內鄉的「龍過脈步道」當時就對步道沿途風景讚嘆不已，不過後來就一直沒機會再來，事隔已久突然興起！這次就拖著小于一起來運動踏青！

我們這次是開車前往，很推薦和我們一樣是開車的朋友可以導航「林內神社第二鳥居」(點我開啟Google地圖)，這個入口其實算是「林內公園」的入口，同時也是「林內神社遺址」的所在地。

林內神社建於1939年，耗費62,300人力於1940年竣工，入口路寬16尺，石階166級，祭祀北白川宮能久親王、開拓三神、豐受大神。神社主體已於1957年毀損，改建為「林內濟公堂」。

林內神社第一鳥居

從這個入口進入會先看到公園路上的「林內神社第一鳥居」，就代表基本上已經到入口了，可以在這附近尋找停車位，鳥居旁就是7-Eleven！還可以順便先補給一下，爬山運動記得要適時補充水分喔！

我們這次把車停在公園路旁邊的路邊停車格，從林內神社遺跡的樓梯開始一路向上走。

淵明國中

走進第二鳥居後右手邊是淵明國中，左手邊是林中國小，兩間學校剛好面對面，想來應該有不少小朋友都是從左邊的國小直升右邊的國中吧XD

經過兩間學校門口後九可以看到再三段筆直向上的樓梯，這些都是「林內神社」的遺跡，先預告一下整個「龍過脈森林步道」一路往坪頂方向到終點的觀景平台為止，大概有七、八成都是向上的長階梯，先做好心理建設才不會被嚇到～

不過反之，回程就幾乎都是輕鬆的下坡了，所以也不用太過擔心，總的來說「龍過脈森林步道」是很親民的步道～

林內神社第三鳥居

接著就繼續沿著1940年建成的樓梯向上爬～

整個雲林縣幾乎都是平原地形，而且高樓不多，才走到「林內神社第三鳥居」回頭一看就有超寬闊的視野了！

上面這邊是濟公廟前的大廣場，左手邊會看到紅色鐵皮建築有在賣咖啡飲料，旁邊就是公廁。

其實也可以從成功路接公園路直接把車開到上面這個大廣場來，不過就少走一段別具歷史價值的神社遺跡，而且大于和小于就是要來運動的！當然要多走一點路XD

大于和小于這次來時正好濟公廟正在整修，面對濟公廟的左手邊就是「林內公園」的入口，基本上可以把「林內公園」理解成整個「龍過脈森林步道」的一部分。

雖然「林內公園」在地圖上有獨立劃分，不過整個步道都是互相聯通的。

步道建設得很完整，道路夠寬、坡度適中，雖然一路都是上坡但很好走～

前半段還算「林內公園」的部分才會有一些鋪地磚的小廣場，再往後面走就都是步道和觀景平台了。

「龍過脈森林步道」的介紹牌都有定時更新維護，這塊看板也是新做的，跟數年前大于看到的也不一樣了。

接著就先沿著看板的左側小路往前，這一小段雖然沒有鋪路，但這段步道幾乎每天都有當地人運動散步，鄉公所也都會派人割草維護，所以路線非常明顯也好走～

這段路沿途幾乎都有設置扶手，是非常親民又貼心的設計！

我們一路往前剛好遇到幾位大哥正在鋪設新的木棧道，整個步道都有持續維護整修讓人非常安心～

春、夏季來很容易可以看到各種蝶類！尤其是三、四月間是「紫斑蝶季」，整個「龍過脈步道」會擠滿來拍紫斑蝶的攝影同好唷！

大于和小于對蝴蝶生態沒有很熟悉，不過對照路邊的介紹牌這隻應該是「小紋青斑蝶」。

步道沿著山脊而建，才走十幾分鐘就可以看到超寬闊的風景！

主要也只有這一小段路程沒有遮蔽，走起來可能會比較曬，後半段就幾乎都有樹蔭了

整條步道有非常多階梯，上下時記得別走太快才不會傷膝蓋～

到了這個路口左轉會通到產業道路，也是步道的一部分，就可以繼續往坪頂方向走。往正前方這段超長的階梯上面是觀景平台，沒有接其他步道，要原路折返。

既然都來了當然就是要把所有路都走完～我們就毫不遲疑的爬上這段超高的階梯！

其實也只有一小段路，慢慢爬大概也2、3分鐘就可以看到觀景涼亭！也有座椅可以好好休息欣賞風景一番！

涼亭旁有介紹紫斑蝶的一些特性和遷徙路線

這塊則是介紹從景觀涼亭上可眺望的景物

景觀涼亭的視野真的非常開闊、令人舒心，大于和小于來的這天剛好雲層比較厚，天氣不會太熱，走起來非常舒適～

因為也才走了一小段路，我們也沒多做休息，看了一下風景後就原路返回剛才的路口繼續前進。

從三叉路口到產業道路這段幾乎都是下坡，接著就又會看到龍過脈步道的介紹牌，到產業道路後右轉。

這段產業道路非常平緩好走，因為也是「龍過脈森林步道」的一部分，也整理得很乾淨，路邊還有一些植栽點綴～

作為森林步道，除了道路整修得很完善之外，沿途也有不少生態介紹牌，經過時不妨順便看看，增進體力也增進腦力！

沿著產業道路走到尾端會看到一座小橋，這邊就是繼續往上的步道，我們這次來底下河道正好沒水，不過還是可以明顯感覺到這段路濕氣特別重。

這段路沿著小溪旁一路都是向上的階梯。

後面就會接到沒有鋪設的山路，但是步道都很平坦寬敞

這個路口本來還有一個觀景平台，也是上去後必須原路折返的，不過最近剛好在整修就封起來了，只好下次再來看看～

沿途也有距離標示

感覺路標在近期都有換過，看起來都很新

一個轉彎突然看到這麼高的階梯會稍微腳軟一下啊….

整個「龍過脈森林步道」周邊的生態非常豐富，路上也很容易看到野生的臺灣獼猴，這邊的臺灣獼猴就比較怕人，基本上太靠近就會跑掉，跟高雄會跑來搶劫的有天壤之別啊…

觀景台

沿著剛才那條超高的階梯筆直向上就可以抵達觀景平台，這時回頭一看保證剛才的辛苦都會值得！！超級寬廣的視野，右手邊可以看到濁水溪，再過去就是彰化縣境內的山脈了！

大于和小于來的這天雲層很厚，還可以看到正前方遠處正在下大雨！目測應該是西螺到二崙附近的地方。

這個觀景平台是步道中途最大的休息區，旁邊都有設置生態解說牌和一些簡單的運動設施，最重要的是有涼亭和椅子！

爬上來後大家都會在這裡稍作休息，這排座位區視野超完美！

整個休息區幾乎都有林蔭遮陽，不過中間還是有設置涼亭可供休息

周圍還有一些簡易的運動設施

看完風景稍微休息一下後，我們就沿著步道繼續前進

前面這段是泥土路，算是寬敞好走，不過這也代表下過雨後這段會變成泥濘步道，所以來走之前要先看一下天氣喔！

走到這裡距離終點就只剩680公尺而已了～

後面又會有一小段接到產業道路，這個斜坡也是非常陡啊～～

好不容易爬上來後會看到路標寫剩下380公尺！

這裏也有新設立的紫斑蝶介紹牌

最後這一段路有一塊斗大的紅色告示牌！因為後面有一段是沿著懸崖邊走的步道，雖然很好走，但是稍有不慎還是可能發生危險，所以還特別立了告示提醒請勿嬉戲推擠！

這段路也是沿著山稜線在走，視野非常開闊，但旁邊的樹叢就是懸崖，要注意安全

這段步道的景色真的是非常棒！可以看到遠方正在下著大雨

雖說旁邊是懸崖但步道本身還是很寬，不要推擠基本上還是很安全

最後一小段路會經過被樹叢掩蓋的小路

我們經過時上面超多臺灣獼猴！

第二段被樹叢掩蓋的道路，經過後就到終點了！

步道終點-坪頂入口

步道的終點同時也是坪頂方向的入口，有蓋一個加高的觀景平台

這邊看到的告示牌就比較舊了，不過目前也已經在整修翻新當中，旁邊都有看到準備施工的新木板

抵達終點！

從最高點的觀景涼亭看出去的風景超級舒心啊～～

往下還可以看到林內市區，再過去就是濁水溪，以北就是彰化縣境內了，右手邊的山脈後面則是南投縣的範圍，天氣好的話可以看超級遠！

一路走過來幾乎都是上坡，讓大于和小于光是走上來就把帶來的水幾乎喝光了，雖然說是終點但實際上這裡算是「中點」，因為還要原路走回去XD

不過回去就都是下坡，會輕鬆不少～

因為看遠方的雲層有漸漸飄過來的跡象，我們在觀景涼亭稍作休息之後就開始原路往回走，可以看到前面的雲層和地面連在一起的部分，那一段不是雲喔！是正在下大雨！！

往回走下山的路上也是一路的美景！

果然下山速度特別快，感覺一下子就走回剛才的觀景平台了

大于和小于走到「林內公園」的叉路處時，決定沿著產業道路改走「開復廟」的出入口，雖然會稍遠一點，但是就不用再爬一下「林內公園」內的樓梯，相對會輕鬆一點，還可以經過林內市區買個飲料XD

產業道路旁還可以看到漂亮的繡球花！

沿途都有「龍過脈森林步道」的地圖，也有很多當地民眾在運動，不用怕迷路！

看到這塊告示牌才知道原來這裏還有不少八色鳥唷！

上方的藍色大鋼管是流經此處的「斗六大圳」

前方就是「開復廟」，經過廟門口後會遇到T字型路口，左轉可以延公園路通到「林內濟公堂」前方的大廣場，也就是林內公園的入口處，右轉就可以到林內市區。

我們到這裡已經把帶來的水全部喝光了，所以就直接往市區走去～

這一小段路就都是民宅了

走出來會到成功路與中正路交叉口，基本上林內鄉最熱鬧的一段就是「林內車站」前的中山路接到中正路這一區域。

沿著中正路來去買飲料，在路口可以看到超大的紫斑蝶季活動告示，每年都會有一系列的活動可以參加喔！今年錯過了明年可以再來，每年的活動訊息都會發佈在「雲林縣林內鄉紫斑蝶季活動」Facebook粉絲專頁上，或是可以到「林內鄉公所活動訊息」網站查詢～

買完飲料後我們就沿著中正路走回「林內神社第二鳥居」慢慢開車回家了～

感想

大于和小于來走「龍過脈森林步道」，途中每個休息區停留時間都大概10分鐘左右，整趟來回大約2小時20分鐘。

「龍過脈森林步道」在林務局的「步道分級」中算第1級，也就是最簡單的休閒步道，道路設施完整好走，又鄰近林內車站，但是卻可以享受到超讚的寬廣視野和豐富生態，如果配合「紫斑蝶季」前來遊玩還會有許多配套活動會更有趣喔！

整體而言「龍過脈森林步道」是個適合安排半日休閒運動的絕佳景點，推薦大家有機會可以來走走唷！
